TPMI provides certification training workshops designed to upskill individuals on both technical fundamentals and project delivery principles. Our goal is to train and coach individuals and teams on how to effectively lead IT Projects to successful, on time delivery. Our certification workshops are meant to be the first step of a transformational journey to a technology driven delivery management.

How are we different from traditional IT project managers and scrum masters?

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) provides technical guidance to the delivery team and is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the program.
